This congress marks a later phase of the Surrey Chess Congress, away from the long-running Sutton Central Library era. The section names also preserve the memory of three important figures in Surrey chess history: Frank Winter, Eric Weimann and Bill Waterton.
This page has been prepared from the surviving interactive crosstable files and can be expanded if a full prize-winners sheet, entry form, bulletin or photographs are located.
